Payment checks and collection
Assess how current the receipt evidence is.
Step by step
- Choose an invoice or an available check queue. Verify its asset, amount and last-check time.
- Check source independence, freshness and revision changes. A historical status does not guarantee a current conclusion.
- For a collection job, check its assigned runner, schedule state, latest stage and error.
- Permitted schedule changes do not add runner permissions. Background execution needs a separately configured client.
Checking one invoice
Read invoice terms and the latest observation. If synchronization is available, run it explicitly with the permitted block budget. Repeated synchronization advances history without changing the invoice address or terms.
Then use the permitted Payment verification. It requires configured independent sources; a manual acknowledgement, one provider or a matching amount cannot replace that evidence. Read freshness, coverage, amount and result revision.
If investigation is needed, record a separate reconciliation review against the current evidence fingerprint. Changing a collection schedule neither adds runner permissions nor sends funds.
