Sign-in and security
Manage your own access from account security.
Step by step
- Use the organization sign-in link supplied by your administrator. Keep password entry and device confirmation on that configured CRM address; an API or documentation address is not an alternative sign-in page.
- From login, open Account setup and recovery. If your password enrollment is already complete, choose Set up the first authenticator and follow the email proof and device prompts.
- An existing signed-in session opens its own authenticator actions. Adding or removing devices and repairing credentials require the actual backend proof procedure; a role cannot waive it.
- If the organization list is empty, Accept an invitation opens that action directly. Enter your own invitation token after ordinary password-and-device login. Acceptance creates membership, while assigned permissions determine its menus.
- Download recovery codes only when the completed procedure actually returns new codes. Keep them privately; the invitation result is not a recovery code.
- Security changes may retire existing sessions. Save new recovery codes before leaving the completed procedure, then sign in again as instructed.
- After an administrator reset, choose Replace a temporary password. Enter your email, the single-use password and a new password. Then set up the first authenticator with email proof, save recovery codes and sign in again.
